As a moisture and water vapour barrier primer on damp concrete / bonded cement-based screeds that are to be coated with Floarm Systems
That are to be covered with conventional classic floor finishes such as PVC, Linoleum, carpet, parquet, tiles etc.
For producing leveling and scratch coats
